Super Paper Mario Review
Published March 20th, 2008 in Wii GamesI have just bought Super Paper Mario a few weeks ago and trust me, this game did not disappoint me. It’s not only fun - you have to think more to solve the problem! But it’s not very hard until an 8-year-old cannot play it. The puzzles are solvable as long as you’re willing to put on your thinking cap.
What makes it funny and different from the rest of the Mario titles is the ability to flip dimensions. You can go from 2D to 3D. Surprise! Surprise! Now you can walk right next to the tall tower instead of having to climb it!
Besides, you can also interchange between the characters with their unique abilities. You can play as Mario who can flip, or the Princess who can use her umbrella to drop elegantly (almost like flying - except you’re flying downwards). You can also play as Luigi and the dinosaur but I haven’t reach that level yet =) Before playing each character, you need to get the character first - either by saving them, or catching them while they are falling through the sky.
I have found this one Wii tour that reviews the Super Paper Mario game. I bought my game right after watching this video! Hopefully it will help you make a decision as it already helped me =)
All in all, Super Paper Mario is a fun game that you should get for your Nintendo Wii. It will definitely be your newest best friend.
